4. Report Incidents: In the event of workplace incidents or injuries, supervisors have the responsibility to report these occurrences to the appropriate bodies in a timely manner and where necessary, assistant with investigations. (Incident investigation training).


5. Create and maintain a Safe Work Environment: They must create an environment that is safe for employees to work in and foster a culture of safety, encouraging employees to express concerns and suggest improvements related to health and safety practices.
